  2、如果泵在冻干工艺结束后直接关闭,水汽可能残存在泵体内。如果泵长期处于关闭状态,这些液体可能会腐蚀泵的机械结构,可能会造成泵无法再启动。建议泵在调试结束后空转半小时左右。

  3、泵头阀在真空泵开启时同时得电,真空泵停止时断电;

  4、泵头阀有无得电可从阀尾端的进气口处判断。把消声器拆下,用手堵住进气口,有气往里吸证明阀没得电,反之得电;

  5、关闭真空泵切断泵头阀电源,通过真空管上的硅管真空度变化来判断泵头阀是否关闭的严。
