Principle of vacuum rapid cooling machine
A vacuum rapid cooling machine is a device that utilizes the principle of rapid evaporation and heat absorption of liquids in a vacuum environment to achieve rapid cooling. It mainly consists of three parts: vacuum system, cooling system, and control system. When working, first place the object that needs to be cooled into the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the air inside the vacuum chamber by vacuuming, creating a vacuum environment. Next, inject the coolant into the vacuum chamber, and the coolant rapidly evaporates in the vacuum environment, absorbing the heat of the object and cooling it quickly. Finally, when the object reaches the desired temperature, stop vacuuming and drain the coolant to complete the cooling process. Vacuum rapid cooling machines have the advantages of fast cooling speed, good cooling effect, and simple operation, and are widely used in production and scientific research.
