Technical principles
Low oxygen regulation: short for "adjustment management of air composition", which is the maintenance of stored drugs using air conditioning methods. Low oxygen controlled atmosphere maintenance technology is an effective method for storing Chinese medicinal materials by controlling the oxygen concentration in the air that affects their storage. The principle is to place traditional Chinese medicine in a specially sealed container and effectively control the oxygen concentration in the air that affects the traditional Chinese medicine. By using high-purity equipment to produce nitrogen, the oxygen content can be quickly reduced to below 1% in a very short period of time. Non toxic, colorless, and odorless nitrogen gas in the air, as a highly stable inert gas. The source of nitrogen is to separate oxygen and harmful gas components from the air through Dachang nitrogen production equipment, leaving only high-purity nitrogen gas. Fill the purified and filtered nitrogen gas into the medicinal storage warehouse through a closed pipeline, and replace the original oxygen-containing air in the warehouse. In such an environment, new pests cannot emerge or invade medicinal herbs, existing pests suffocate or die from poisoning, and oxygen is a necessary condition for the production of microorganisms such as molds and aflatoxins (AFT). It is mainly a secondary metabolite produced by Aspergillus flavus and parasitic Aspergillus. In addition, the reproduction of Aspergillus species such as Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus niger, and Aspergillus ochraceus, as well as Penicillium species such as Penicillium, Penicillium expansum, and Penicillium finger, and Aspergillus, Fusarium, Rhizopus, and Streptomyces, which can also produce aflatoxins, and the oxygen required for the respiration of medicinal materials themselves are inhibited, preventing the oxidation and deterioration of effective ingredients in medicinal materials, helping to slow down the aging rate of Chinese medicinal materials, controlling the moisture content of medicinal materials, and blocking the influence of humid air on medicinal materials, ensuring a constant temperature and humidity environment for medicinal material storage, and preventing medicinal material mold growth.
